Do you have an appointment for your eyelashes/eyebrows? Please do not wear eye make-up, lenses or a low bun. Come alone. A deposit must be paid for each appointment. Has the down payment been received in good order? Only then is the appointment finally confirmed!! Each customer has 24 hours before the appointment to reschedule/cancel the appointment. If the appointment is not rescheduled or canceled in time, 50% of the treatment(s) will be charged. In the event of a “No Show” you will be charged for the full treatment and a new appointment will only be scheduled once this has been paid. Are you 15 minutes late? You will be charged an extra 10 euros. We only work by appointment, would you like to schedule an appointment outside opening hours? This is possible, please contact us, there will be an additional charge of €20.
