Policy Appoinment

Do you have an appointment for your eyelashes/eyebrows? Please do not wear eye make-up, lenses or a low bun. ​ Come alone.​​ ​ A deposit must be paid for each appointment. Has the down payment been received in good order? Only then is the appointment finally confirmed!! ​ Each customer has 24 hours before the appointment to reschedule/cancel the appointment. If the appointment is not rescheduled or canceled in time, 50% of the treatment(s) will be charged.  In the event of a “No Show” you will be charged for the full treatment and a new appointment will only be scheduled once this has been paid.  ​ Are you 15 minutes late? You will be charged an extra 10 euros. ​​ ​ We only work by appointment, would you like to schedule an appointment outside opening hours? This is possible, please contact us, there will be an additional charge of €20.
