With this technique of permanent make-up for eyebrows, pigmentation is applied in a very subtle way with a PMU device, making it look like you have colored your eyebrows with eyebrow powder. Only the result is semi-permanent. This means that after an average of 1.5 years you have to give your eyebrows a touch-up treatment to enjoy great Powder brows for longer. Powder brows are ideal for people with thin, uneven or partially missing eyebrows. It is also a good option for people who do not want to wear daily make-up, but do want full eyebrows. Because you no longer have to make up your eyebrows, you can also save a lot of time.

Precautionary instructions
The before and aftercare of the eyebrows is almost as important as the treatment itself. So make sure
that you have read all the do's and don'ts carefully.
-
Do NOT drink alcohol, coffee and/or other caffeinated beverages, products containing Retinol, do not use a tanning bed or drugs 24 hours before treatment. This can possibly cause bleeding during treatment and it can cause possible swelling.
-
Do NOT take Aspirin, Ibuprofen or Naproxen 24 hours in advance (Paracatemol is allowed). This has a diluting effect and if there is too much bleeding, I cannot do my work properly and the pigment will not adhere properly to the skin.
-
Do NOT take any blood thinners and/or medications 24 hours beforehand (consult your doctor).
-
DO NOT use any corticosteroid cream or ointment on the area prior to pigmentation.
-
Do not use peels/fruit acid CREAMS on the area to be treated as this may affect the result.
-
If possible, drink a glass of apple juice an hour beforehand. This makes the blood a little thicker.
-
You may dye your eyebrow hairs up to 2 weeks before your appointment.
TIPS
-
The treated skin remains very sensitive to sunlight even after healing. Do you want to enjoy it as long as possible? Therefore, always apply sunscreen SPF30/50 to your PMU.
-
To enjoy your PMU for longer, plan your follow-up treatment up to 1 year in time.
-
Are the eyebrow hairs getting light? Then have them dyed again, this gives a fuller effect to the eyebrow.
Please note: contact your doctor in case of extreme redness, swelling, bleeding, wound discharge, discolouration or chronic pain.
